John Reale is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience in professional services. John started his career as an External Auditor for a large multi-national accounting firm where he worked with a range of clients in varying industries, before transitioning to becoming a Group Financial Controller in the property industry where he has gained deep experience in property and business in general.

John has employed principles adapted from the accounting profession, such as systemised cleaning programs, strong controls and quality assurance to provide a key point of difference to the foundation of Realcorp operations.

In addition to working with Realcorp, John also holds a directorship with a not-for-profit organisation.

After immigrating to Australia 10 years ago, Trevor has become a very skilled and experienced area manager in the cleaning industry. A big sidestep from being a qualified diagnostic mechanic and service manager in the automotive industry in South Africa. Because of Trevor’s technical background he thrives on problem solving and streamlining operations which he has carried forward into the cleaning industry.

Trevor’s strengths in the cleaning industry are exceptional customer service, building strong and robust cleaning teams which transfers to gaining the best outcomes for his clients.

Being that Trevor is a devoted Christian, integrity, resilience, and honesty are important to him in all working relationships, to his clients, his employees and to Realcorp.

Leidy is responsible for rostering, team management, recruitment, client relations and other operational management tasks. Leidy comes from the call centre industry where she managed large teams of circa 500 staff.

Cesar is Realcorp’s head Specialist Cleaner. Cesar and his team work across all of Realcorp’s sites performing specialist, periodic works.

Mace Rushgrove brings an intuitive and strategic mind to his role on the Realcorp Board. He is a dedicated leader who achieves results through insightful questioning, clear and direct communication and hard-won business acumen.

Mace is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience in audit, taxation, CFO roles, and more recently as a dedicated business improvement strategist.

of improvement as well as devising tailored, holistic
and integrated solutions for both immediate and sustainable results.

Jarvis is a Bachelor of Business undergraduate. He assists in back office administrative tasks including accounts, compliance, quality control, systems, and ensuring that the front-end operations have the resources required to carry out works.
